Forestry Management Pomorze

Forestry Management Pomorze includes 15 thousands hectares of forest. That area is very interesting and it has diversified environment. That is also home for  different animals and plants.

In Forestry Management Pomorze 4 reserves of nature: Kukle, Łempis, Pomorze and Tobolinka  are located. Further Forestry Management Pomorze is located within two areas protected landscape. There are: "Sejny Lakeland" and "Augustow Lakeland". Forestry Management has also forest education facilities: educational path, a multimedia room and a special place where they can organise lectures on "fresh air". It can accommodate 100 people. You can also see how togrow trees on "forest nursery". Plants species occuring here are daphne, common periwinkle, willow Lapland, arnica and many, many others.You can see such animals as lesser spotted eagle, ferruginous, boreal owl, wolf, lynx and white hare. 

The emblem of the Pomorze Forestery is capercaillie, a rare endarged species of bird.
